Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of KRAMO. By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept them. They are deliberately short.
What KRAMO is
KRAMO marks written answers you write for ACCA-style questions, tells you which marks you earned and missed and why, and shows which weaknesses repeat across your answers.
KRAMO is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by or connected to the ACCA. “ACCA” is used descriptively, to say which examinations this tool is for. You register for, pay for and sit your exams with the ACCA directly, and nothing here changes any of your obligations to them.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that you will pass, that your mark will improve, or that a KRAMO score will match the mark a human examiner would award. Marking is produced by software working from each question's mark allocation and published examiner guidance. It is feedback on the answer you wrote — useful, and not a prediction of an exam result.
Treat everything KRAMO tells you as study feedback, not as professional, financial or accounting advice.
Your account
- You need to be at least 16 to use KRAMO.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us an email address you actually read — it is how we reach you about your access.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Plans are shown in Indian rupees and are charged in rupees.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- You will be notified before a renewal is taken, as your payment method requires.
- Prices can change. If they do, the new price applies from your next renewal, never retroactively, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
Refunds
If the service does not work as described, or you were charged in error, email us and we will refund you. If you simply changed your mind, ask us anyway — at this stage we would rather return the money than keep an unhappy customer. Refunds return to the original payment method and can take several working days to appear.
What you may and may not do
- Use KRAMO for your own exam preparation, as much as you like.
- Do not resell, redistribute or republish our questions, marking or feedback.
- Do not attempt to scrape the service, break its limits, or use it to build a competing product.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anyone else's confidential or personal information.
Who owns what
Your answers are yours. You keep every right in the text you write. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store your answers, mark them, and show you your own history. We do not publish them or use them as public examples without asking you first.
The questions, the marking, the feedback, the interface and the KRAMO name are ours.
Availability
We aim to keep KRAMO available, but it can go down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If a serious outage costs you a meaningful part of a paid period, tell us and we will extend it.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is used fraudulently; if we do, we will say why, and we will refund any unused paid period unless the account was used for fraud.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for exam results, lost opportunities or indirect losses.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will email account holders. Continuing to use KRAMO after that means you accept the new version.
